Established in 1988 and focused on a concept of - Good Address, Small Home (GASH) - Richprop developed a winning concept in our local sectional title, residential property market, and we also achieved phenomenal success with quality products, correct pricing, and strategic timing. Having achieved coverage of 22% of the sectional title market up to 1998, Richprop entered a new market with innovative new ideas and products. The Team moved aggressively towards leisure and upmarket luxury projects with magnificent homes recognised by South Africa's premier property TV program, Top Billing.
